Mind Switch - Physical Stats [Archive] - Wizards Community

My player has the Psionic Power Mind Switch. He used it on an 8th Barbarian with a 20 Str. Now the Barbarian's Strength is due to level advancements (18 base +2 for a level 8 Barbarian).

My question is, does the player get the 20 Str or the base of 18?
