This is a character I am considering for a new campaign or a NPC in a campaign I am currently DMing. Just giving the gist: I am focused on hit points and, naturally, damage output. I built it up to 9th level (where my players are at).

As far as feats are concerned
1st: Psi Affinity, Psi Containment(human), Psi Weapon(flaw 1), Psi Body(flaw 2)
3rd: Psionic Meditation, Toughness (replacing Psi Strike; from Minds Eye)
6th: Improved Toughness
7th: Great Psi Weapon (replacing Psi Strike)
9th: Deep Impact
Traits: Slow, half speed, but 1 extra HP per level--
If I have a 16 Con, my HP would be 50 (avg HD)+27(Con)+18(Psi Body)+13(toughness/improved)+9(slow trait) for 117 at 9th level.

And, could expend two psi focuses for a touch attack with my mindblade +4d6 . . .right??? And does Deep Impact effect a single melee attack, or a full attack?

Any suggestions would be appreciated, especially for improving damage, as I may be too focused on hit points.

Ditch Toughness. Replace it with another psionic feat. 2 HP + psionic feat > 3 HP

By "Psi Affinity" do you mean Psicrystal Affinity or Psionic Affinity? As a Soulknife your guy doesn't meet the prerequisites for Psicrystal Affinity. There are better feats than Psionic Affinity, unless maybe you realy want to be able to reliably use dorjes as early as possible (even then Skill Focus UPD edges it out).

"Psi Containment" is Psicrystal Containment, right? You can't get a psicrystal without a manifester level, and soulknife doesn't give you a manifester level.

Sorry dude, InkBlot is right. You can't have Psi Crystal Affinity without a manifester level.

Also, why Toughness? Its only 3 hp.

Do you have access to Complete Psionic? There are a bunch of great feats for Soulknives in that book.

Since you're already using Mind's Eye variants, you should use the Hidden Talent variant as well. You lose nothing, and gain a power you can manifest. Also, the variant lets you take Hidden Talent more than once, each time giving you an extra 2pp and another power known. If your Soulknife is human, you can take it three times (as a human bonus feat, as your first level feat, and as a Soulknife bonus feat) for a total of 6 power points and 3 powers known. That's better than a 1st level psion!

And, could expend two psi focuses for a touch attack with my mindblade +4d6 . . .right??? And does Deep Impact effect a single melee attack, or a full attack?
Deep Impact only affects a single attack.

If you can somehow expend two focuses, then you can use both Psionic Weapon and Deep Impact on the same attack.
