Need Opinions on Skin Ectoplasmic Armor [Archive] - Wizards Community

I personally cannot think of any rule against it, unless you rule that Ectoplasmic Armor isn't armor?

03-12-07, 02:23 AM That's just the thing, though: it isn't armor. I remember in the Arms and Equipment guide, it gave guidelines for enhancing bracers of armor past +8 IRCC, but it's 3.0, and not exactly kosher with my DM...

You can always ask your DM if you can. You might suggest that someone that can make the item can improve it with craft psionic weapons and armor.

i really only has a few advantages over full plate. It can be donned quickly and doesn't impose a movement penalty and has a big drawback if dispelled.

I personally doesn't think it would be game breaking to psionically enhance it like normal full plate.
