I just aquired my copy of MIC, and was flipping through it. I noticed a small item on page 87 called a Circlet of Wild Surging. I basicly boost your wild surge by 1 level three times per day. Is this a new Item or did i just miss it in another book? Edit: There are new psionic items here! The Dreaming Blindfold on page 96 allows you to manifest a power from a psicrown through a Dream or Nightmare spell.
