Psionic Lore Savants (form the Dragon compendium) have a bit of everything except psionics. As the class was written before the 3.5 psionics update. As it doesn’t seem unbalanced for a savant to manifest powers and they are optional in a campaign this is an optional supplement for savants in a campaign with psionics. Level: 15th Replaced: Nothing, this ability is in addition to the savant’s normal abilities. Benefit: At 15th level you develop the ability to manifest a limited number of powers per day. Your manifester level is equal to your savant level minus 15 and the DC and bonus power points are determined by your intelligence score. To learn a power you musty have an Int score of at least that powers level minus 10. You learn 1 power at 15th and 1 more power at each level until 20th.
