Sengir024 10-13-07, 06:18 PM	Hello. I'm rolling a Psychic Warrior, and try as I might, I cannot find anything on Psion Power failure due to armor. If I wanted to wear Splint Mail, for example. It has a 40% Arcane Spell Failure chance. Is this the case with psionic abilities? Thanks for your time.

JulesCARV 10-13-07, 11:25 PM	The only spells which are subject to arcane spell failure are arcane spells with somatic components. Arcane spells without somatic components (such as suggestion and true strike) are not subject to failure, nor are divine spells regardless of what components they have, nor are psionic powers, which don't have components anyway.
