Hello,

I have some trouble interpreting the null psionics field power.

If someone shoots a magic fireball or a energy missile at a psion in a null pisonics field, does the attack do harm the spion?

Null Psionics Field = Antimagic Field, just like in the PHB.

Does that help?

Sorry, no.
My problem is the text
"Creation powers with instantaneous durations and calling powers are not affected by a null psionics field because the power itself is no longer in effect, only its result."

Most attacks are instantaneous. And I do not know if I create or call a fireball or magic missile.

That's very specific -- look at the top of a spell.

Fireball and Magic Missile both have an instantaneous duration, but they aren't (Creation) effects. A creation effect makes something physical that wasn't before.

An example of a real instantaneous creation effect would be True Creation -- duration instantaneous, from the Creation subschool.
