Here is a build I had in mind since I read Secrets of Sarlona.
I made the Mind Blade = Mind Arrow to clarify some data. However, it seems like I will need to post my entire plan

6 levels build:

Human Monk 1/Hidden Talent, Bonus Feats, Soulknife 4/Soulbow 1

Feats: Point Blank Shot
Human: I don't know.
First Level: Monastic training (Soulbow)
Monk 1: Monastic training (Soulknife)
Soulknife 1: Weapon Focus (Mind Blade)
Third level: Tashalatora Soulknife
Soulknife 3: Flowing Blade
Sixth level: Tashalatora Soulbow

Some sources:
Monastic Training: Eberron Campaign Setting pag 57
Tashalatora: Secrets of Sarlona pag 119
Flowing Blade: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ebds/20050110a at the end of the article.
Hidden Talent, Bonus Feats, Soulknife 4: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070214a

I have Flurry Of Blows as a 6th level monk. I have AC as a 6th level monk. I will follow Soulbow and Soulknife all the way. I took Flowing Blade at Soulknife 3 because it is a feat my mind blade can benefit from. Hidden talent soulknife allows me to manifest a 1st level power, so that prerequisite of Tashalatora is covered.
I can use my mind blade with my flurry of blows.
Can I use the mind arrow with my flurry of blows and do this???

This pointy haired likeable dude is from a video game and a cartoon based in such videogame, Dragon Ball Z. It is a lot of fun.

It doesn't work. It can't be done. Too bad too, since it would have been realy cool.

A mind arrow is only considered a mindblade for the purpose of feats that allow you to choose a weapon to apply it to, such as Weapon Focus. Flowing Blade doesn't let you choose a weapon, so it doesn't apply to your mind arrows.

Also, is the prereq of Tashalatora "able to manifest 1st level powers" or "manifester level 1st?" Hidden Talent specificaly states that it doesn't give you a manifester level.

What you want instead of Flurry is Rapid Shot.

Personaly, if I were trying to make Vegeta, I'd go something like Swordsage 4/Fighter 2/Wilder 4/Slayer 10. Just make sure some of the swordsage levels are taken later, so you get higher level manuevers.

Vegeta doesn't have an infinite supply of ki for his blasts. He runs out. IMO, soulbow is better for characters like Megaman or Samus. Hmmm... soulknife 4/erudite 2/soulbow 8/slayer 6 gives you infinite ammo, decent BAB, and the ability to take powers from defeated enemies or add powers from items you find while exploring.

Tashalatora specifically says: "Ability to manifest 1st level powers"

I don't want to emule the guy, I only want the "machine gun" attack. Yes, Rapid shot would help, but only the flurry of Blows could actually catch the flavour.

Too bad. So close... and yet so far.
