Power stone question. [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-24-07, 04:01 PM I thought I read somewhere that someone could spend a full round action to pick a power in the stone and then on the next round manifest it using your own power points reserve and without depleting the stone.

Unfortunately I can't find the passage again. so I was wondering if something like that actually exists or if I'm just crazy.
