Resilience (Su): When an elan takes damage, she can spend power points to reduce its severity. As an immediate action, she can reduce the damage she is about to take by 2 hit points for every 1 power point she spends.

Empathic Feedback's close to this. It returns to you the damage the subject takes or 5 points, whichever is lower (and augments: +1pp for +1 on that 5), no save, typeless damage.

There *is* a retribution spell (I believe it's in the Book of Exalted Cheese), but it's divine in origin (naturally).

Fate Link + Share Pain = exactly the effect you're looking for.

The downside is, he had to Fate Link you earlier, which required a save. Did you fail a Will save earlier in the battle?

Sounds more like Share Pain, Forced, however, a fortitude save is involved.

If he has this active, then you deal 20 to him, he takes 10 and you take 10.

Combine this with Empathic Feedback and you have a nice painful combination. Boost EF to 15 points, with SPF active and when he hits you for 20, you take 10, and he takes 25, since both EF and SPF act on damage dealt and not damage taken.

Although not exactly what you're looking for, the power Kinetic Aura in Untapped Potential acts sort of like a combination of Stone Skin (gives damage reduction that fades after a certain amount of damage), Energy Conversion (you deal damage based upon how much you have absorbed), and Energy Burst (deals the damage to everyone else within a certain radius). However, it is naturally available only to Kineticists.
