Thrall Link Telepathy[Mind-Affecting] Level: Psion 2 Display: Mental Manifesting Time: 1 standard action Range: See Text Targets: Thrall Duration: 10 min/level Saving Throw: None Power Resistance: No Power Points: 3 You forge a telepathic bond with your Thrall. You can communicate telepathically through the bond even if you do not share a common language. Once the bond is formed, it works over any distance (although not from one plane to another). Augment: You can augment this power in the following ways. 1. If you spend an additional 4 power points you can maintain this contact over a planer boundry. And you can spend 4 points to go one plane further away. For example if your Thrall is on the 7th plane of Hell and you are on the 3rd plane of Hell it would take an additional 16 power points to contact him. 2. For every additional power point you spend you can add another Thrall. ----------------------------- Ok the above power was designed to allow a Thrallherd to easily contact their Thrall if they should become separated. For example if the Thrallherd should send his Thrall on some mission, this would allow him to communicate with him. It is based off of Mindlink, which is a 1st level power, and the only differences are, that Thrall Link only works on Thralls, but it can be used across planes (for an increased casting cost). Also you don't have to have line of sight to cast it because of the mental contact with the Thrall. Clairvoyant Sense is a 2nd level power that allows one to See and Hear any known location. Remote Viewing is a 4th level power that allows one to Contact and communicate and see any being (though the target gets a save) and will work across planes. So what I am looking to do is create a power that is limited to Communication only (no sight) and only works with a Thrallherd's Thrall (thus there is a tight mental bond already between the two. Please give me feedback.
