kyeudo 07-15-07, 08:02 PM	RAW, you must have Wild Talent. For a houserule, making it Wild Talent or Psionic Talent wouldn't be unbalanced.

We only say it's "official" because we get that response back far more often than we get a "no" response back.

My guess as to why it explicitly states Wild Talent as a requirement is because Zuoken is originally a human (bakluni) deity in the World of Greyhawk. I think the flavor behind it assumes that disciples of Zuoken would be human by nature. Any psionic races meet the requirement that Wild Talent fulfills for humans, specifically a PP reserve.
