BobbyJim 09-03-07, 10:16 PM	I got into a little argument with one of the other players in my group. He wants to learn precognition, because according to him, it gives a +2 bonus to all d20 rolls. However, the bonus seems to only apply to a single d20 roll. Could someone clear this up? The power's vague wording makes it hard to tell what it does.
Salla 09-03-07, 10:23 PM	Here's how it works: You manifest Precognition. It lasts 10 minutes per level (for the sake of argument, we'll say sixth level, so it lasts an hour). At any time during that hour, you can apply a +2 insight bonus to an attack, damage, save, or skill check roll. At that point, the power is discharged and you'll have to manifest it again to get another edge.
InkBlot 09-03-07, 11:26 PM	It only applies to one roll, then the power ends. The manifester gets to pick which roll it applies to.
Bacris 09-04-07, 12:32 PM	In practice, manifesting this power grants you a “precognitive edge.” Normally, you can have only a single precognitive edge at one time. You must use your edge within a period of no more than 10 minutes per level, at which time your preknowledge fades and you lose your edge. Seems pretty straightforward to me.
