Racinante 04-17-08, 03:37 PM	As written, yes, it adds 2 additional points of damage any time you deal damage. This includes weapon damage, spell/power damage, and ability damage, but does exclude ability drain, because draining is not damaging. In my opinion, as intended, it was only meant to apply to weapon damage, both melee and ranged.
calronmoonflower 04-17-08, 04:33 PM	Well, powers that require attack rolls are weapon-like powers. Therefor it will definitely apply to those powers.
