4-armed kobold 11-24-07, 12:46 AM	Would a psionic equivalent of the Arrow Mind spell from Complete Adventurer be balanced as a 1st level power? Or maybe just replace Perfect Archery from Complete Psionics? Arrow Mind allows for AoO with a bow, allows the archer to use a bow while threatened in melee without provoking any AoOs and lasts 10 min/level. Percfect Archery allows only for the second feature and lasts only 1 round unless augmented. Casting Arrow Mind is an intermediate action; Perfect Archery is swift.
InkBlot 11-24-07, 02:04 AM	If I recall correctly, arrow mind is only a 1st level spell for Rangers. Part of the balance there is that Rangers get spells late, and only get very few spells per day. Psychic Warriors can use their powers far more often, and get 1st level powers far sooner, than Rangers do. Arrow mind, as a power, should be higher level than perfect archery.
