| Inkedmsd03-12-07, 10:59 PM | So I am playing a bard in this new FR campaign and then I was thinking how about some type of psi-bard, maybe like a seer or something would really power up some the bards info gathering skills and such. Has this been brought up before? If not what are some thoughts about creating something like this? I am thinking about starting as a bard and then PrC in psion(seer). |

| Tempest Stormwind03-12-07, 11:04 PM | In addition to the thoughtsinger (which is, sadly, a psionic X), consider the society mind. This is available in an old version in my sig, or a new version available from Dreamscarred Press (http://www.dreamscarredpress.com) (don't worry, it's free there). It was designed as a psionic support class, unique from the ground up... and it fills a psi-bard feel pretty easily. It's also quite popular and widespread on these boards, and has won several class competitions on others. |

Just switch "Arcane or Divine spells" in the reqs to "Arcane or Divine or Psionics" and "Arcane and Divine" to "Two of the following: Arcane, Divine, Psionics". Great for a Seer character. |
| Sysane03-13-07, 09:53 AM | There's also the Euphoric Emplate PrC loctaed here: http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=646612 Its less "psionc x" than the thoughtsinger. |
| SlanderPanic03-13-07, 10:21 AM | Euphoric emplate is wonderfully-done. Society mind is great, too. I was going to suggest cerebremancer, but, once I thought about it, I remembered that cerebremancer sucks pretty badly for a secondary caster. You'd be better off just taking staggered bard/psion levels. Divine mind might synergize well with bard. |
