I haven't seen any psionic exalted feats, so I've came up with some.
Could give me some feedback about how (un)balanced they are?

Exalted Egoist [psionic, exalted]
Mind over body. You can alter your body to match the purity of your mind.
Prerequirements: Ability to manifest metamorphosis power, any other exalted feat.
Benefit: You gain new augment option for metamorphosis:
When you pay additional 4 power points, you can apply the half-celestial template to any creature you can metamorph into, provided the template can be applied to such creature. You gain all special qualities of half-celestial template except spell resistance, and damage reduction.

I don't know if greater metamorphosis allows changing into creatures with templates or not (since there was something about it when the rules of polymorphing changed). If Greater metamorphosis doesn't allow that, add this augmentation also to greater metamorphosis.

Exalted Kineticist [psionic, exalted]
The energy you wield deals damage pure as your soul.
Prerequirements: any two energy powers, any other exalted feat, manifester level 5+
Benefit: Against creatures with the evil subtype, all energy power you manifest, 1 point of energy damage per die is automatically converted to 1 point of holy damage per die.

Exalted Seer [psionic, exalted]
Your knowledge of future is exceptional when it comes to evil creatures
Prerequirements: any of the following powers: precognition offensive, precognition defensive, prescience offensive, manifester level 5+
Benefit: The insight bonus from the above powers is increased by 1 per 4 manifester levels (rounded down) when it's aimed against creatures with the evil subtype.
For example, a 10th level seer with precognition defensive has +3 insight bonus to AC. When fighting against a devil, his bonus is increased by 3

Exalted Shaper [psionic, exalted]
Everything you create is good, be it you deeds, or your power to shape ectoplasm.
Prerequirements: Any instant duration metacreativity power from creation subdiscipline, manifester level 5+, any other exalted feat.
Benefit: All your instant duration metacreativity powers from creation subdiscipline that deal damage are treated as magic and good for purpose of overcoming damage reduction.

Exalted Telepath [psionic, exalted]
Your exalted mind has found a path to bypass mental defenses of evil creatures
Prerequirements: Any telepathy power that deals damage, manifester level 5+, any other exalted feat.
Benefit: You bypass spell resistance (automatically success on manifester level check) when manifesting telepathy power that deals damage (such as mind thrust) against creatures with evil subtype.
If you expend your psionic focus, you also breach any immunity to mind-affecting effects of non-mindless creatures with evil subtype (such as a balor with mind blank spell).

Exalted Construct [psionic, exalted]
You create constructs both from ectoplasm, and your own purity
Prerequirements: Knowledge of Astral Construct power, manifester level 5+, any other exalted feat.
Benefit: All attacks of astral constructs you create are treated as good for purpose of overcoming damage reduction.

Purity of Mind[psionic, exalted]
Your mind is a hostile place for evil creatures.
Prerequirements: Nimbus of Light, character level 5+
Benefit: When you're targeted by telepathy power (or psi-like ability) or enhancement spell (or spell-like ability) cast/manifested by a creature with evil subtype, the caster/manifester takes 1d6 points of holy damage per spell level (per 2 pp used) if you make a saving throw.
If you fail your saving throw, the evil spellcaster/manifester takes only half the damage.

Purity of Mind: What if the power/spell/spell-like/supernatural ability doesn't allow a saving throw?

Exalted Construct: Awesome. I'd totally take this feat in a heartbeat. The DR is applicable only against evil creatures, yes? It's worded a little funny, is all.

Exalted Telepath: Almost too good. I'd consider taking away the ability to override a creature's immunity to mind-affecting stuff. Undead have that ability, and enough undead are intelligent (especially at the higher levels), such that this feat is almost worth two.

Exalted Shaper: Not sure off-hand how this feat would be applied, but it doesn't seem overpowering, so it's probably balanced as is.

Exalted Seer: Way too good! This feat rocks! Double the bonus for the standard cost? Totally acceptable, and worth a feat.

Exalted Kineticist: Cool; not overpowering, and if I recall, holy damage dealt to evil creatures can only be healed through magic, yes? If so, then it's an awesome feat.

Exalted Egoist: I can't recall (I can't seem to recall a lot of things today  ) the errata off-hand, but I've always handled metamorphosis such that a templated creature is off-limits. Makes things easier. This feat is then totally worth it, and maybe even too powerful: half-celestials get a lot, and the boost to the mental stats would grant additional PP, such that manifesting the power would pay for itself (if not more).

Some of these feats are just too good, especially when you consider that a psion has no real need for material possessions; hence, Vow of Poverty, and a butt-load of exalted feats for free. Could be a bit of a problem. I'd suggest considering the additional requirement of a psionic focus expenditure with a couple of these feats, as well as an increase in PP cost. Example:

Exalted Seer [psionic, exalted]
Your knowledge of future is exceptional when it comes to evil creatures
Prerequirements: any of the following powers: precognition offensive, precognition defensive, prescience offensive, manifester level 5+
Benefit: The insight bonus from the above powers is increased by 1 per 4 manifester levels (rounded down) when it's aimed against creatures with the evil subtype.
For example, a 10th level seer with precognition defensive has +3 insight bonus to AC. When fighting against a devil, his bonus is increased by 3.
Using this feat requires the psion to expend his psionic focus and pay an additional 2 power points.

The italicized line at the end is my addition. The actual PP increase may have to be more, but I feel that this sort of this requirement would help to balance the overall power.

Hope this helps.

Purity of Mind: What if the power/spell/spell-like/supernatural ability doesn't allow a saving throw?Supernatural abilities are not covered by the feat, and AFAIK all telepathy powers/enhancement spells that can target creatures allow a saving throw.

Exalted Construct: Awesome. I'd totally take this feat in a heartbeat. The DR is applicable only against evil creatures, yes? It's worded a little funny, is all.Well, it should be without the damage reduction. It was supposed to be another feat. I don't know how it appeared there.
Exalted Telepath: Almost too good. I'd consider taking away the ability to override a creature's immunity to mind-affecting stuff. Undead have that ability, and enough undead are intelligent (especially at the higher levels), such that this feat is almost worth two.IIRC, almost no undead has evil subtype, so it's still not as useful as it may seem.

Exalted Shaper: Not sure off-hand how this feat would be applied, but it doesn't seem overpowering, so it's probably balanced as is.It's based on the assumption that instant creation powers (like crystal shard) are subject to damage reduction (covered in CPsi).

Exalted Seer: Way too good! This feat rocks! Double the bonus for the standard cost? Totally acceptable, and worth a feat. It's still only against creatures with evil subtype, but I suppose a fixed bonus is enough? +2 perhaps?

Exalted Egoist: I can't recall (I can't seem to recall a lot of things today  ) the errata off-hand, but I've always handled metamorphosis such that a templated creature is off-limits. Makes things easier. This feat is then totally worth it, and maybe even too powerful: half-celestials get a lot, and the boost to the mental stats would grant additional PP, such that manifesting the power would pay for itself (if not more).Metamorphosis cannot change you into a creature with template. The pp cost is equal to the creature's LA, but I'm not sure if it shouldn't be higher.
Anyway, you don't get bonus pp by changing into form, and you still won't gain any mental bonuses, nor supernatural abilities, special qualities or spell-likes since you cann't gain them via metamorphosis.

The italicized line at the end is my addition. The actual PP increase may have to be more, but I feel that this sort of this requirement would help to balance the overall power.

Hope this helps.
PP cost and psi-focus are a balancing factor, but I couldn't came up with the reight numbers. I'll think it over.
Thanks for feedback. I corrected some of the things.
