Are there psionic versions of Polymorph Any Object and Baleful Polymorph? Or do you need to use Reality Revision to mimic it?

No there aren't, and yes you do, and I'm not sure it'd work even then. (It depends on your DM, but I don't think mimicking non-psionic arcane effects is within what it actually says the power can do.)

That's disappointing. But I'm the DM so I can just invent one anyway since it's for an NPC ^_^

Both powers - BendReality and RealityRevision ,
says which powers are not on your list , that they none-the-less effect.

Miracle gets all 7th level spells + _____
BR + RR get all Xth level powers + _____

just do Psionic / Magic transparency ... alas PAO is 7th level , so no.
But turning an Efreet into a bunny , is fun , but Pun-pun still "happens".

The texts of Bend Reality and Reality Revision specifically say that they can "Duplicate any other power (but not spell)." By the listed powers of Reality Revision and Bend Reality, transparency is quite explicitly denied. You can try for a spell if your DM will let you, though, the powers have loosely defined powers beyond the explicit list (i.e. "produce any effect whose power level is in line with the above effects"), but the list does parenthetically state that transparency doesn't apply for the "duplicate powers" clause.

Although Bend Reality does contain an odd clause "When bend reality duplicates a spell with a material component, you must pay additional XP equal to the value of the material component divided by 5," which seems to suggest that it can be used to duplicate spells, even though the text of the power explicitly denies it. Weird.

It just means that they copied over the rules from wish and made a typo when changing everything.

You are inferring that the guys at wizards got it wrong? Surely you jest!

@ CARV Jules :

Just read your 2nd paragraph 1st , and your 1st paragraph 2nd ... :)

Combine with the opposing view-point that Psi- can only be nerfed compared to Magic :(

and the indecision of spells or no spell , continues , until
Psi-/magic transparency kicks in
and Miracles latent superiority of 7th level powers.
And 4 year olds can copy and paste , and make boo-boos ;)

Well , you know how I "feel ". Nerf that opposing viewpoint !

@ JulesCARV - ok , i was having a far realm(s) of insanityEarth moment there.

I read the distinctions of disciplines and discipline powers relative to transparency rules.
Evocation to Psychokinesis , etc , so no Necromancy.
I think the psiotheurgist feat in Dragon #349 , clarified the relationships of schools : disciplines.
Course Psiotheurgy is responsible for level 9 powers at 9th level , so I can understand concerns.
