psionic power cards? [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-21-07, 09:10 PM i ve been playing psionic PC's since AD&D and i miss the psionic power cards
anyone got an idea or know how i should go about making my own? (would use that thing called a brain but wife pregs and me work hard brain looks like vegemite...<drools>)

i play twin team based games ie. good vs bad and want to have the same fast pased psi duels you could get in AD&D (i lost my deck of psionic power cards 2y back :weep: )

any thoughts??? hell rants

11-22-07, 03:34 AM How about re-flavouring psi-tattoos as playing cards, same mechanics apart from the paint job?

Then make a load of Astral construct and other utility power tattoos cards and you can use D&D to play Magic the Gathering :P. Can treat coz crystals as lands. <...snip>

(Ok, how bad is it that there is a small part of my mind now mapping MtG over to D&D Psionics?)

Though, thinking about it, you probably want universal items with 1/day on them...
