Psionic Ranma 1/2 Builds [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-31-07, 08:28 PM This all started with Truenaming psionic (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=470229). It focused on reflavoring psionic. That thread gave birth to Psionic naruto builds (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=589061)thread in wich made psionic builds of charcters from the anime/manga Naruto. Then people started to make Ranma 1/2 Builds so I decided to make a thread for them. Enjoy

Feats: Psionic Body(1), Psicrystal affinity(Bonus), Overchannel(3) Psionic Meditation(5 Bonus) Psicrystal Containment(6), Twin Power (9), Quicken Power (10 Bonus), Empower Power (12) Burrowing Power (15), Widen Power( 15 Bonus), Talented( 18th), Expanded Knowledge(Call weaponry)(20th Bonus)

2nd-Energy Stun, Energy Missile, Energy Push, Swarm of Crystals
3rd-Hustle, Keen edge, Psionic Blast,
4th-Energy Ball,

Herb’s Signature Abilities:
Chi-blasts: Herb can project chi-blasts, capable of making a roughly 1m x 1m x 12m path through solid rock. They've proven enough to briefly stun female Ranma. He often uses his chi in various other forms, hence the various energy powers and psionic blast at his disposal.
Hito Ryu-Zan Ha: Flying Sword of the Dragon: Herb's most dangerous attack. With this move, he creates blades of chi that can fly through the air and effortlessly slice through dense objects, shown to include a 4m-5m diameter mountaintop. This is approximated with swarm of crystals augmented with various metapsionic feats.
Ryu Sei Hisho: Soaring Dragon Spirit: Under construction...
Flight: Herb has been shown capable of flying for at least brief periods, but never for an extended time however; this is with represented with overland flight.
Chi-sword: Herb can also create a sword of chi with his hand; approximated with call weaponry and keen edge.
Hiryu Shoten Ha: Flying Dragon Ascension Strike: Being a dragon descendant and chi-master, Herb was familiar with this move and managed to both counter and use it against Ranma. This is approximated with Reddopsi on how Herb counters it and Tornado Blast in the way he can use it himself.
Notes
I found him having the Draconic template very fitting, being a dragon descendant after all

3 minds: Rouge has three different minds and personalities this is represented by her race synad.
Cursed form (Asura): Rouge have an extremely powerful form know as the Asura. This is represented by form of dom which provided the extra limbs.
Fireballs: She throws fireball. This is represented by bolts of fire class feature
Thunder Heaven snake retribution: Using 2+ bolts of fire in a round. This is possible by using her multitask racial trait to manifest 2+ bolts and then fire them. Attentively she can do it the round before. (?????????/)
Flaming Body: She covers her body in flames. This is represented by the nimbus class feature or the Conflagration class feature.
Six fisted Random comet shot: This powerful attack is represented by using call weaponry combined with the class feature weapon afire.
Fire dragon great circle dance: her most powerful attack .Represented by the Conflagration class feature
