Psionic rogue-like class? [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-23-07, 04:32 PM I am playing in a campaign that needs a rogue-like character to search and take out traps and unlock doors, but I really want to mess around with a psionic character. So I can only use the Complete Psionics book and the Expanded Psionics Handbook in his campaign so is there any hope to get a telekinetic rogue-like character from those books? please help!!!

10-23-07, 04:53 PM The best class for that would be the Psychic Rogue (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20040723b), but if you're restricted to CP and XPH, I'd suggest either a Lurk or multiclassing to get into Elocator.

10-23-07, 05:03 PM The psychic rogue is the path of least resistance for what you're trying to do. Barring a few new powers, nothing the psychic rogue can do is not present in the RAW, so your DM might make an exception for you.
