dfarnsworth 05-11-07, 09:20 AM	Never used Psionics before and I'm going to be playing in a campaign in which every character has at least a wild talent with a DM who likes to use dreams and nightmares as plot devices and whole campaigns. Are there any benefits Psionicists have in such situations?
RavinRay 05-11-07, 09:56 AM	My tips are very general, but the rest of the community here can be more helpful. Psions, especially telepaths, have access to a variety of mind-affecting powers that can implant desirable images in a target's mind. Psionic PCs with high Wisdom scores improve their Will saves against the adverse effects of nightmares, especially the spell of that name. If your DM is using a plane of dreams and the Manual of the Planes, taking up ranks in the Lucid Dreaming skill gives you a measure of control over manipulating effects in such a plane. Eberron has plenty of dream-related material relating to the continent of Sarlona, the dream plane of Dal Quor, and the psionic races the kalashater, Inspired, and quori.
Lycanthromancer 05-11-07, 01:56 PM	Get ahold of Hyperconscious. There are lots of dream-related powers and feats and items and so on there. That will give you a HUGE number of options, as it's all about dreaming and nightmares.

Amaril 05-13-07, 11:44 PM	Heroes of Horror also has some content surrounding Dreamscapes and Oneiromancy magic. While not psionic, it's still very handy in dream-related campaigns.
