Would that be someone who specializes in the movement or transportation of seaweed and algae? (that would be the literal translation of the word). Did you mean someone who specializes in psychoportation? That would be a Nomad, but there is no particular reason for one to have a high Dex. Just to clarify, are you looking for a build using the D&D 3.5 psionics rules and the character classes contained therein? Or are you talking 3.0 (needing high Dex indicates someone probably hasn't read the currend edition rules)? Or even 2nd edition (psychoportationist was a 2E term)? Did you want a Nomad? Or any manifesting class that makes use of the discipline of psychoportation? How about non-manifesting psionic characters? |
