Psychic Chirurgery/Psychic Reformation combination to learn more powers [Archive] - Wizards Community

08-06-07, 12:32 PM Can you use Psychic Chirurgery to learn copies of powers you already know? (Can you even manifest it on yourself?) If so, can you then use Psychic Reformation to replace the originals with different powers?

08-06-07, 04:23 PM I'm pretty sure you either know a power, or you don't. I doubt you can learn the same power twice, unless you learn it from two different class lists, in which case it's not really the same power.
