My question is for feats, which can be taken only at 1st level (i.e. FR regional feats, or spellcasting prodigy). I have no doubt, you can get rid of a feat this way. But can you actually GET a feat like this with the psionic power? Spellcasting Prodigy is the one I'm aiming at, for use with my cerebremancer. |

That'll have to go to the DM, but technically, you can take any selection that would have been valid at the level you reformed. (I.e. reform 1st level, you can take any valid 1st level feat). Probably allowable, given the Psi-chirgery + expanded knowledge + reformation abuse. |
