Is the class level automatically the ML of this class? I looked and couldn't find an entry on the ML of this class.

I'm worried, 'cause the CL of other classes is somewhat below the character level (Ranger, Paladin: caster level = class level -2).

If class level = ML, it's nice, 'cause as soon as I've access to Body Adjustment (3rd lv power, cannot be picked before 9th caharcter level), I can augment the power to 9pp and receive 3d12 HP healing. Correct?

Just like any caster class, the PsyRogue's ML is equal its class level. If the PsyRogue was a speacial case, an exception would be indicated somewhere in the class entry in the same way an exception is indicated in the ranger and paladin class descriptions. And BTW, paladins and rangers have a CL equal to half their class level.

Edit: And for Body Adjustment, you would get 4d12 HP. Base healing of 1d12 as a 3rd level power (3PP cost), and 6 extra PP spent to bump that up another 3d12 HP.

Thanks, Firecleave. And concerning the CL of Rangers: I stand corrected.

One nitpick, though: a 3rd level power takes 5 pp to manifest. So a 9th level PsR can augment it only to 3d12 (barring Overchannel).

You're right on that. Don't know what I was thinking.

You never want to use Body Adjustment at less than 3 dice anyway. That first dice costs 5 points, average roll on a d12 is 6.5 so that is only 1.3 hit points returned per power point invested. Terrible. Each additional dice costs only 2 points so the exchange rate isn't so bad, but you need to stack a lot of them to make up for the inefficiency of that first dice. btw: By the time you can take Body Adjustment as a 3rd level power you qualify to take the psychic warrior version with Expanded Knowledge. This is a savings of 2 points every time you use the power which will more than pay you back for the feat.
