NoldorForce 03-05-08, 12:10 AM	Assuming that you can wield a scimitar as a light weapon, yes. The power explicitly gets to function off your melee touch modifiers, so Weapon Finesse and other melee attack options are valid as normal. Keep in mind, however, that it's a bit difficult to actually wield a scimitar as a light weapon. Off the top of my head, only dervishes (Complete Warrior) get that ability.

Thanks for the help! :D Despite being touch attacks, it's not technically being made with a light weapon (either implicitly (scimitars aren't light) or explicitly (doesn't say you treat it as a light weapon)), so no, Weapon Finesse won't help. However, a Dervish (CW) can treat scimitars as light weapons. Although the power doesn't say you treat it as a scimitar, a reasonable case could be made for that. (The trick is, of course, getting both the power at a strong enough level and getting dervish levels, which is harder than it looks.)
