psychic whip is this legal? [Archive] - Wizards Community

It would be interesting if it would be possible to use exotic reach (exotic weapon master) to make AoO in circle with 75ft radius (20ML, 1pp spent).

And another question, is it treated as a weapon for purpose of manifesting powers? For example dissolving touch, or (which would be awesome) blackstone hammer?

If the answear to both questions is no, that what are good uses for this power?

08-12-07, 08:07 PM As the Complete Arcane points out, feats such as Weapon Focus can apply to any spell requiring an attack roll (the common forms being Ranged Spell and Touch Spell, though others do exist I'm sure). I see no reason why the same logic could not be applied to psionic powers.

I'm not familiar enough with the power itself (not having read Secrets of Sarlona) to answer the other questions, though I'm inclined to think the answer to those would be 'no'. (and it would be Dissolving Weapon, not Dissolving Touch were it to be applicable)
