PhaedrusXY 08-03-07, 09:31 AM	The 3 HD brain in a jar has a Manifester level of 10 for its Psi-like abilities. It looks like he added this to its Psion manifester level, which I'm pretty sure is incorrect. The creature doesn't manifest as if it were a Psion 10. It has Psi-like abilities that have a ML of 10. This special ability is just called "Psionics" in its entry, though, which probably led to the confusion/weird interpretation.
