04-24-07, 01:54 PM Yeah, he can use both simultaneously. But to regain his psionic focus it takes a full-round action (unless he has the Psionic Meditation feat), and to recharge his psychic strike it takes a separate move-action.

So it's not like he can use both Psionic Weapon and Psychic Strike every round.
