Is there a way to Quicken a psi-like ability that isn't normally a swift action or has a swift action augment? Would the Quicken Spell-Like Ability feat work? (I play with transparency.)

It will work if your DM rules that spell-like and psi-like abilities are equivalent. Alternately, your DM may just allow an equivalent feat called Quicken Psi-like Ability. The bottom line being that this and Quicken Power would be separate feats.

Yes, I'd allow it specifically because of transparency.

Well, I am the DM. And I'm leaning towards yes...after all, it's only fair. (I make life interesting for my players...)

It's nice to see a DM that works for his players and against the characters, rather than the DM-vs-Players-so-that-the-players-get-ticked-off-and-the-characters-die.

Since you're obviously a fan of the kaiju, I dedicate this picture to you:
