| The Vorpal Tribble04-20-07, 07:25 PM | Ok, I'm about to play a character with the Awakened Dreamer PrC and I see I get a nifty lil Infuse Dream feat (this game doesn't use the shallows). However, as I'm going over it carefully I begin to wonder... with this feat I can make anything at 1/4th the price without even needing other feats or even the neccessary skills? I know some of the feats in there might be a little iffy, but this is waaaay past iffy if I'm reading it correctly. Any thoughts to this? Perhaps I'm missing something? |

The requirements for any item include the normal item creation feat needed to make it. It's actually a weak feat since it only ups a bonus ever so slightly. (Personally, I'd let that feat allow you to work on building magic items in your dreams, similar to the Mind Vault power except without actually tiring you.) You might be thinking of Craft Dreamgift, which *does* do what you want, but it both has a drawback attached to it similar to a minor curse and relies on using campaign material from Hyper. If you don't use the shallows, you get Infuse Dream instead. |
