Hi guys,

I was reading the XPH. On page 38, it states that rolling a 20 on your psicraft skill check allows you to "Draw a diagram to enhance manifestation of psionic dimensional anchor on a summoned creature. Requires 10 minutes. No retry. The DM makes this check."

This seems analogous to the Calling Diagram made by wizards. Was it ever intended that psions or nomads could use Calling powers, ala Planar Binding? Because as it is, it seems like this application of psionic dimensional anchor is useless, except in conjunction with a wizard to cast a planar binding spell.

It's a shame, because Nomads could have used a Calling power.

Null Psionics Field does reference Calling powers. However, I'm not aware of any. (If they existed, however, the creatures thus called would not be hedged out by a Null Psionics Field.)

Check the Errata.

There's nothing about it in the errata. I was just curious what the point of this "psionic diagram" was supposed to be.

Huh, I could have sworn there was somthingin the errata that indicated that it was just a copypasta errror from spellcraft.
