AzraelNoir 01-31-08, 10:30 PM	Alright so Elans are not subject to the manifester limit when using resilience correct. I.E. if an Elan wants to blow all of his power points for the day on a single use of reslience he is able to correct? (not that he would want to.) It only lists the manifester power level limit for powers in the EPH not racial or class abilities. Also when you reply to this please include a sage note on the subject (if their are any) or something official on the subject if you can so my DM will be sufficiently appeased.
The_Mess 02-01-08, 01:41 AM	Simple logic: If the Elan doesn't take a psionic class, he has no manifester level. Should a Elan fighter be completely unable to use his racial abilities at all? The Manifester Level limit is only for powers.
