Is telekinetic sphere effected by PR/SR? If so a creature with a good SR could walk through the barrier, correct?

I read the power and get the impression it is not a wall of force but a force effect with similiar strengths, but some weaknesses like being able to be dispelled eceteria.

Just need some confirmation. I was planning on using the burrowing feat combo. But at epic many creatures have great PR/SR and make this not as defensive as I would like.

Any input would be very welcome.

Telekinetic Sphere, Psionic
Psychokinesis [Force]
Level: Kineticist 8
Display: Material
Manifesting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Effect: 1-ft.-diameter/level sphere, centered around creatures or objects
Duration: 1 min./level (D)
Saving Throw: Reflex negates (object)
Power Resistance: Yes (object)
Power Points: 15

As the telekinetic sphere spell, except as noted here.

I believe that means that when you manifest TK sphere, you have to check against the Spell/Power Resistance of all the creatures and objects you're trying to capture within it. If you fail any of the checks, the power doesn't manifest and your power points were wasted. Once the sphere is manifested, there's only a very small and very specific list of things that can bypass it.

A reasonable but not definitive interpretation.

Yes.
If so a creature with a good SR could walk through the barrier, correct?
