I was wondering whether anyone's ever done any work on the concept of time as a character hook (Discipline/powers list/PrC/etc)? It seems like it'd be a good fit for psionic flavor

It's already done in the XPH -- the entire Psychoportation discipline is based around movement in spacetime. If you need something more defined, Hyperconscious has the Chronorebel PrC, which adds even more time-functionality to the nomad (a class that could already serve as a chronomancer with barely any reflavoring).

It's really looking like it's time for me to download Hyperconscious. So many of my questions seem to have answers in that book.
Thanks guys

It's easy to just reflavor the powers to fit a time-themed psion. Astral construct? Bringing forth a creature that was lost from time. Psionic Dimension Door becomes Temporal Leap. Psionic Teleport becomes Temporal Shift. etc.
