Could a psion under the effect of the Timeless Body power teleport himself via Dimension Door?

Is there some reason you think he wouldn't?

Is there some reason you think he wouldn't?Because Timeless Body makes him "invulnerable" to all powers. It even specifically says you ignore helpful effects. So no, I don't think he could benefit from Dimension Door or anything else, even a healing potion.
Timeless Body
Psychoportation
Level: Psion/wilder 9
Display: Material
Manifesting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 1 round
Power Points: 17

Your body ignores all harmful (and helpful) effects, beginning when you finish manifesting this power and ending at the end of your next turn. While timeless body is in effect, you are invulnerable to all attacks and powers.

This power cannot be quickened.

body ignores... effects

what kind? helpful ones...

I'd say healing of almost any sort, buffs, but not teleportation as thats not a buff to your character. Pretty much anything that will change your stats on your character sheet will be ignored. Teleportation and other stuff not so much.

It says you ignore all effects. Teleportation is an effect.

It doesn't say you ignore "buffs", or "things that affect your stats". It says all effects. It is very explicit.

All harmful and helpful effects, not all effects. Dimension door may not be a helpful effect necessarily.

it would work as you are not changing anything about the character you are actually altering space. It is not preventing you from walking normally thus it doesn't prevent you from traveling any distance, the fact that that distance is made shorter from your perspective by what would be equivalent to a worm hole is irrelevant.

sorry for the technical jargon I've been reading the time travel thread in the dm forums.

A psionic power is a one-time psionic effect.

Your body ignores all harmful (and helpful) effects, ...
While timeless body is in effect, you are invulnerable to all attacks and powers.

Seems cut and dried to me. A dimension door is a helpful effect (it aids you in getting from one location to another) in general, but it can be a harmful effect if someone attempts to force you to move. So by the first point you cannot use a dimension door (or any teleportation effect) to travel.

By the second point, you are invulnerable to all powers, so cannot use dimension door as it is a power.

All harmful and helpful effects, not all effects. Dimension door may not be a helpful effect necessarily. This is just a ridiculous position to take. It is more than obvious what is meant by the text. Yeah, we can debate the definition of the word "The", if we want to. It is absurd and pointless to do so, however.
