| Agispsi05-30-07, 03:48 PM | What happens when an Unbodied takes levels into Uncarnate. Should he gain the ability to become corporeal? I did this once but it was in a crazy game were we had "specials" which were extra feats that we got like every 5 levels only we made up what they did and asked the DM to approve. since we didnt know what would happen with this Unbodied uncarnate my DM said to use up a special so that at uncarnate lvl 10 I could switch back and forth perm. like twice a day. But what would REALY happen when you do this? |
| HighDarkTemplar05-30-07, 03:51 PM | You know the "shed body" ability that you had before level 10? It is the same except for the fact that it works exactly the opposite way. Which means that you can get corporeal for up to 1 minute 2 times/day -HDT |
| Agispsi05-30-07, 03:54 PM | So at level 10 you would become permanently corporeal? Lol now its the Psion CARNATE |

The answer is: Absolutly nothing. It would be completely wasted levels. |

| Lycanthromancer06-05-07, 01:24 PM | Ooh, now *there's* a nice perk. -_- |
| zzakk2to206-05-07, 01:25 PM | heres a question. if you never had a body what would it look like? also that would be great for ghosts |
| forsaken111106-05-07, 01:50 PM | actualy on the last level when you get uncarnate they also get the ability to become corporeal once per a day for up to 1 minute. Very true, I hadn't thought of that. heres a question. if you never had a body what would it look like? also that would be great for ghosts It would look exactly like you did before, only solid. A wraith would look like a solid shadowy creature in a vague humanoid shape, most likely made of semistable ectoplasm. Also, the class gives the ability to alter your appearance pretty much at will if you're incorporeal, and gives you telekinesis usable at will. So there WOULD be perks after all, just not as many. |
| zzakk2to206-05-07, 01:55 PM | i would find becoming corporeal a big thing if i was a ghost. also thanks for pointing out the other things I missed them because i went strait to the uncarnate ability and did not look at the others. |
