rolzar 09-22-07, 11:38 AM	The unstable visionary is the result of extreme emotional trauma, some unbelievable act in the once monks life has set him over the edge. When this trauma, whatever it may be, occures, his body erupts in passion, and with this his mind was opened. This emotion channels his psionic powers, as well as erupting in him at times, coursing power throughout his body. lvl BaB Special 1 0 Surge of Pasion,Unarmed Strike, flurry of blows 2 1 3 2 4 3 Psion Strike(magic) 5 3 Fearless 6 4 7 5 8 6/1 9 6/1 10 7/2 Psion Strike(chaotic) 11 8/3 12 9/4 13 9/4 14 10/5 15 11/6/1 16 12/7/2 Psion Strike(admantine) 17 12/7/2 18 12/7/2 19 14/9/4 20 15/10/5 Fort/will/ref are all as monk. Gains Flurry of blows as monk. Gains unarmed damage as monk. Gains power points/per day at the same rate as the psychic warrior. I have yet to make up his list of powers, but it will be something akin to a mix of the psychic warriors, mixed with a few Lurk ones, and then a few that willl be made up simply for the class Ive had a lot of trouble trying to balance out the surge of passion, but heres what ive come to. It will be usable once per encounter, and will last for an amount of rounds equal to your wis modifier, minimum of one. During this state, your mind simply explodes in emotion, causing you to rage and stomp, smashing anything before, or perhaps tears will burst from your body throwing you into a saddening maddned state, your laughter would erupt and convulse through your body, sending you crashing against your enimies. In anycase, it will double your number of flurries of blows for the remainder of the surge, and will alow you to gain temporary power points, as a barbarian gains temporary hit points during his berserk. You will gain power points equal to half of your total allowable pool, put for each of these temporary points you use, you will take that much damage. The emotion and psychic powers are simply bursting from your ody, tearing out of your body that cannot withhold it. Psion strikes are the same as Ki, but you gain chaotic rather than lawfull. The Unstable Visionary also becomes fearless. Because he embraces his emotions, his pain, suffering, and anger he has nothing to fear. He knows no event in his life can ever tear at him the way his very first trauma did, so he simply welcomes the emotions tat are to come, and for this can never feel fear. It is the one emotion he is truely immune to. In gaming terms he can never be intimidated or be effected by any fearlike spell. Ok, this is pretty much what i have of now, me and my buddy worked this guy up last night. Im going to be playing a solo campaign with him, and he wanted to make up a character that would be a ton of fun to roleplay with, as well as doing nicely during combat situations. Im a pretty free thnking DM, and want my players to be happy, so i basically said "ok, well tell me what you want your character to do". And with this, we combined the crazed emotion of the wilder, the monk, and a few things here and there. I am VERY open to opinions, PLEASE tell me any critisism, ideas, whatever.
