What are the rules on using powers while in gaseous form? What powers/spells work against the gaseous charcter? Any info would be great thanks.

Since powers have no verbal, somatic or material components, a psion can use them freely while in gaseous form, just like how a hezrou in gaseous form can liberally spam its SLAs at the PCs.

And even incorporeal creatures like unbodied and psion uncarnates can manifest powers as well, except for a few powers like stomp and greater stomp.

Woah, if that applies to my efreeti character's SLAs as well, he just went into a whole new layer of combat...

It works for SLAs as well, since they too lack verbal, material and somatic components.

So your efreeti can spam scorching rays and walls of fire while in gaseous form.
