04-22-08, 07:57 PM i spend 2 points and gain 10 temp HPs. do they go first or is it like a barbarian's rage Con bonus temp HPs?

04-22-08, 09:45 PM Usually temp HP are lost first. The barbarian is different only because the HP are a direct result of the increased Con, so they are lost when the Con decreases after done raging.

04-22-08, 10:05 PM Temporary hit points are the first lost. In the case of Vigor or other ongoing supernatural effects, they can also be dispelled. The hit points gained by Con increase are not handled this way because they are not temporary hits; they are normal hit points granted by a higher Con score, even if that Con score is temporary.
