Warped Mind - aberration feat from Lords of Darkness - gives character 1 power point per aberration feat. Does this make a non-psionic character a psionic character?

Also, I've heard of a psionic feat that allows you to add your wisdom bonus to AC while focused, any ideas?

Unless Warped Mind has a requirement that the character already be psionic, non-psionic characters can take it and thus become a psionic character.

As for the second one, no clue.

I know there have been many homebrew feats which allow you to add your wisdom bonus to your AC while focused. I haven't heard of any official ones like that. Considering Psionic Dodge only gives you a +1 bonus to your AC while focused, I don't think such a feat exists.

Warped Mind is an Aberration feat, it requires Aberration Blood (also an Aberration feat), but does not require you to already have the psionic subtype. Because it grants power points, it gives you the psionic subtype though it does not state this.

It doesn't explicitly need to, however, because the definition of the Psionic subtype explicitly states it. (Specifically, any creature that can manifest powers, manifest psi-like abilities, or hold a PP reserve has the psionic subtype.)
