I know (or think I know) about Untapped Potential. I think it's 3.5, right?

the question is, wasn't there another 3.5 psionics book out there?

There's the Expanded Psionics Handbook, and Complete Psionics. That's all I'm aware of.

Untapped Potential is 3.5, yes.

There's the Expanded Psionics Handbook, Complete Psionic, Hyperconscious, Untapped Potential, The Mind Divine, Psionics Unbound (a replacement psionics system rather than an add-on to the XPH), and The Psychic's Handbook (replacement psionics system) - all for 3.5.

the mind divine... is it also a replacement system or just more psionics awesomeness? can you tell me anything about the last two?

Mind Divine = Awesomeness. Expanded on the concept of the godmind, an ascendant psionic entity.

Dreamscarred press (publishers of Untapped Potential) has numerous small psionics supplements as well. I highly recommend all of them.

But XPH and Complete Psi are the only official books.

Everything that's been posted so far is 3.5, yes.

I've looked at The Psychic's Handbook and heard it's a nice system if you want to do psionics as skills & feats instead of class-based. I've also heard it's a great system if you're playing in d20 Modern. I haven't actually used it in-game, so I can't give any first hand information.

Psionics Unbound I haven't yet managed to get a copy, but it's essentially "3.75 psionics". What they did was take the 3.5 psionics ruleset, playtested it for like 2 years, then took all the changes they made to the system for houserules, fixes, loopholes, etc, and packaged it into the book.

It's also fairly setting specific to the Arcanis setting as far as I've heard. Also, errata has been released already, beat that WotC.

Beyond that, I know very little, so I probably am not a good source of info.

There's always my psionic powers revision. It's being updated fairly frequently, so there's generally something new every few days.

Check m'sig.

I was looking through amazon and couldn't seem to find mind divine and phychics handbook (or was it psionics unbound?). any other (safe) websites that they may be found on?

Mind Divine is from Dreamscarred Press. (http://dreamscarredpress.com/dragonfly) If they don't have it up in the new site store, you should be able to get it through the old one (http://dreamscarredpress.com) or from sites like RPGNow, IIRC. I don't know where the other one is located.

Most 3rd party books aren't going to be on Amazon.

RPGNow or DriveThruRPG are your best bet for most of them. :)

And it looks like the Psychic's Handbook was rolled into Green Ronin's Advanced Player's Manual. Link (http://www.rpgnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=18897&it=1).
