I keep hearing people refer to something called a "Nova" when talking about psionics and I have no idea what that could mean.
Help?

Any class with per-day abilities can nova. "Going nova" refers to using up all your per/day abilities in one battle, and killing everything in sight. It's generaly a bad idea to do this, because then you're as defenseless as a blind puppy until the next day.

Wizards, clerics, psions, and other caster-types are especialy capable of going nova, and especialy vulnerable afterwards.
