| oyster05-16-07, 07:46 AM | Hello. I am playing a 17 ECL (16 CL Tiefling) 2 Psion (telepath) / 1 Anarchic Initiate / 3 wizard / 10 cerebremancer character. Now, having 10 levels in Cereb. I an wondering where to go from here. On one hand, going Psion or a manifesting prestige will give more PP, but the powers at 8th and 9th levels are not that great. One the other hand, going for a wizard or a casting prestige will give higher level cool spells but alas no more PP beyond the requivalent of a ML 13. I already have Practiced Spellcaster and Practiced Manifester, Psycristal affinity and containment, and Psionic meditation (I think it's called that, the one that lets you gain focus as a move action). I also have transdimentional power and a few others I don't remember right now. I went over the rule books, and there aren't many prestiges I qualify for, but there are a few. But I can't decide which way to go (Spells or Powrers)... What are your thoughts? |

| Rageheart05-17-07, 10:05 AM | I would go for more Psion levels myself.... for a larger PP Pool. |
| oyster05-17-07, 10:39 AM | Aye, but the powers at higher levels suck... Maybe I can find a few lower level powers to choose instead... Hmmm... What I was thinking though, was alternating between Wizard and Psion, or similar prestiges (for example, alternating between Anarchic Initiate and MindBender from Complete Arcane 1 level, and then go wizard). But like you, I am leaning towards the PP path... |
