| EonEdge11-04-07, 05:28 PM | So I was wondering what are the rules for a fusioned psion/spellcaster then making a simulacrum with a scroll(to get around the 12 hour casting time) of the fused creature? is it a simulacrum of the fused creature using the rules of that creature? or does it split into the two seperate entities when the fusion duration ends? who is in control after the fusion ends, the manifester of the fusion? the entity that could use the scroll? both? |

The Fused creature is a unique creature; a Simulacrum, Clone or Ice Assassin of that creature will have all the abilities of that creature. Since it doesn't have a Fusion buff cooling down, it will never split into its constituents. Also, this wording has interesting consequences. If a Wilder Wild Surges a Fusion with another creature, the fused creature has a ML equal to the surged ML. If the fused creature Surges another Fusion, then another creature will be created witha still-higher ML. Eventually, the original fusion will end, and the two original targets will reform. However, the Fused creature they were no longer exists (it has been fused), so the new fused creature (which still has duration left) continues to exist. It also retains all of your abilities etc, even when you fall out, since the previous fused creature had them. |

I think the DM might say that you can't use simulacrum, clone, or ice assassin on a fused being because it would be like using fission, which is stated as not being allowed. By RAW, sure, it might work. But I don't think many DM's would let you get away with it. |

I think the DM might say that you can't use simulacrum, clone, or ice assassin on a fused being because it would be like using fission, which is stated as not being allowed. That's true, I know I would allow it once, but if it got to be too outta hand i would put a stop to it. What would the RAW ruling on the other questions be? |
