Look at where it talks about subraces and ballancing ability score penalties and bonuses. 2a) Yes. 2b) Not that I've found, but I don't think much needs changed in the core rules, just skill names and the other minor things. . . |

However, so does the Dungeon Master's Guide. Savage Species does have lists of abilities with corresponding Level Adjustment, but those are rough guidelines at best, and no match for the acid test (determining LA by comparing a level 1 character of a race to a human character of varying level). 2a) is SS 3.0 Sorta. It was made with 3.5 in mind, and some rules comply with 3.5, but not entirely. 2b) if SS is 3.0 are there 3.5 rules/guidlines published? No. However, 3.0 material is compatible with 3.5 material 95% of the time. |
