A quick question about experience point penalties [Archive] - Wizards Community

04-14-07, 03:41 PM Where can i find the rule about giving an experience point penalty to races with a LA bonus of +1 or higher? I thought it was in Savage species, but either I was wrong or I overlooked it.

That's not quite it. What I was referring to was a rule or variant rule I read somewhere that a LA +1 race could take a X% XP. Or something like that.
