Yes, I know, the names been used, but clone would have been worse.... I've been considering making a world with multiple material planes, each one having one humanoid race and several subraces and/or variants. I'm working on the human one first, but there aren't enough to fill it out, so this is my attempt to add to the ranks.

Replicants

Replicants are a race of Humans that split off, several hundred years ago, from the main branch of the race. They began using a mixture of technology, magic, psionics, incarnum, and other sources of power to create new 'children' (although these children are adult size and become mentally mature in about 5 years). Each batch of children is based on two templates (one male, one female), and assigned one of 5 castes. All Replicants are infertile.

Personality: Personality is the same for everyone of the same batch and caste. Though it varies slightly, Predictability is preferred.

Physical Description: All Replicants look just like Humans, and look exactly as their template.

Relations: Replicants dislike all other races equally. While they view all beings as the same, some races and individuals are more receptive to their philosophies.

Alignment: Replicants are almost without exception Lawful Neutral

Replicant Lands: Replicants have their own cities which rarely allow non-replicants.

Religion: Replicants worship the concept of sameness.

Language: Replicants Speak Common

Names: Replicants have Designations, rather then names, although most take shorter names to deal with other races.

Adventurers: All Replicant Adventurers are B-Caste Replicants

Replicant Racial Traits

Toughness as a bonus feat at first level

+4 racial bonus to Disguise: Replicants are innately aware of personal differences, and how to emulate them to bring about sameness

Human Blood: for all affects related to race Replicants are considered to be Humans

Favored Class: ???(any Ideas? I'll edit this when I decide.)

It is too weak.

Compare Toughness, and +4 to disguise

to

Bonus feat of your choice, +1 skill point per level

A good mix since they are based on humans might be

Toughness, +4 to disguise, +1 skill point per level

Something a bit more to the point of being a replicant could be

Toughness, +4 to disguise, +2 bonus on saves vs. compulsions (replicants have difficult minds to control despite having a weak sense of personality)

+2 Strength, -2 Charisma

I see what you mean, and that bonus to saves vs. compulsions you suggested could work. Any suggestions on favored class?

I think +2 Intelligence, -2 Charisma would actually be a good stat for these guys. They're logic driven and thinkers, but their alien and bland nature leaves alot to be desired in terms of their personality.

Favored Class: Monk

Almost all Replicant are lawful anyways, and monks are the embodiment of physical and mental discipline.
