I am not sure if more people have noticed this, but since the onset of 3.0 edition, no players choose to play races like genasi, tieflings drow and snifverblin any more, that is more apparent in the case of casters but the same goes for other races, especially ones with +2 LA or more.

I was thinking of making some adjustments, such as allowing genasi at +0 LA, since tbh they are about as powerful as a dwarf, and imo less powerful than a human in the right hands.

Maybe changing the drow, and duergar LA to +1, and svirfneblin to +1 or +2.

Would appreciate some feedback on the matter.

I'm not sure what your asking here.

These are LA buy offs, pay exp to loose unwanted LA

Then there are savage progressions

Looking at level adjusted races, It's obvious the LA+0 races are overpowered, what with positive ability scores and all.

I am flirting with the idea of just reducing the LA's with no buyoffs, since I really cant see any real game balance reason to not change them to aforementioned values.

I would just like some criticism on the values I posted above and maybe some feedback from someone who has done something similar.

PGTF has lesser planetouched at LA+0. They are still arguably a tad on the strong side, but compared with LA+1 planetouched (which are clearly too weak for their LA), it seems the lesser of 2 evils.
